At 16, a single track changed everything. Claptone's No Eyes was the moment Nico Bloom knew exactly who he was going to become. For a kid who grew up surrounded by nightlife — his late father, Ian Robertson, founded the legendary Q Bar nightclubs across Melbourne, Sydney, and Adelaide — music wasn't a career choice. It was a calling.
Self-taught and relentless, Nico earned a residency at OneSixOne at just 18 — the youngest in the club's history — before performing at Revolver, Circus, Electric and Killing Time.
In 2024 he returned to Bali and secured residencies at Savaya (5th best club in the world) and Desa Kitsuné, sharing stages with Diplo, The Chainsmokers, Meduza, Fideles, Claptone and more. International dates include Snow Machine Japan and the Harvard Club of Boston.
A lineup tells you everything about where an artist stands. These are the names Nico has shared a stage with.

Track selection, timing, crowd reading — for Nico, DJing is a live art form. Built over seven years on dance floors from Melbourne's underground to Bali's clifftop stages and beyond.
From Melbourne's underground clubs to the clifftop stages of Bali, Nico has built his career venue by venue through pure craft and crowd connection.
From intimate corporate gatherings to high-profile private celebrations, Nico brings the same craft and energy to every event — tailoring his sound to the room and the moment.
Past private events include an exclusive appearance at the Harvard Club of Boston. Whether it's a rooftop in Seminyak, a superyacht in the Med, or a corporate celebration anywhere in the world — enquire for availability and rates.
Deep, hypnotic, built for peak-hour. Nico's mixes move through Classic House, Progressive, and Melodic Techno with a precision that only comes from years on the floor.
